At Wild Crafts 92 llc., we want you to love what you ordered. Please read our policy carefully, as all of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner.

All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

Because every item is uniquely produced when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color selected at checkout
  • Change of mind
  • Minor size deviations of less than 1 inch from the published size guide
  • Minor print placement variations within 0.5 inches (normal for direct-to-garment printing)
  • Low-quality prints resulting from a low-resolution image submitted by the customer

When We Will Make It Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at alexsislee947@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item
  3. If multiple items are affected: a single photo or video showing all affected items together

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 1 week after the estimated delivery window has passed:

  • Domestic (US) orders: 30 calendar days from the ship date
  • International orders: 45 calendar days from the ship date

Before reaching out, we ask that you verify your shipping address and check with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion. Re-shipping the order will be at the customer's expense.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
