The Gildan Softstyle 64000 unisex tee delivers a lightweight, ultra-soft feel with a modern cut that suits casual days and printed designs alike.
Solid colors are 100% ring-spun cotton and weigh 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²).
- Heather colors: 35% ring-spun cotton, 65% polyester
- Sport Grey and Antique colors: 90% cotton, 10% polyester
- Graphite Heather: 50% ring-spun cotton, 50% polyester
Construction features include reinforced shoulders with twill tape, no side seams for a smoother fit, and a ribbed-knit collar that resists curling. A pearlized, tear-away label enhances comfort.
Ethics and safety are central: made with ethically grown US cotton and a member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol, with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification (Certificate No. 168252, OETI).
This blank tee is versatile for printing or everyday wear. Sleeve prints and neck labels may use Direct-to-Film printing for select providers (OPT OnDemand and Shirt Monkey).
Care instructions: machine wash cold with similar colors, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron on low heat if needed, do not dry clean. White color variants may appear off-white due to fabric properties.
